I have been doing hair since I can remember. My mother was a cosmetologist and I would watch her perform magic on hair and I was intrigued. When I was in high school I would braid my friend's hair before games and a close friend reminded me of the time I tried to dye her hair. I always loved it.
I had the opportunity to go to cosmetology school when I moved to Kansas. After school, I was hired at Gaia Salon and Spa and I was blessed with amazing stylists that taught me and took me under their wings. These amazing people gave me the understanding that air was not "just hair" but was an art form and the way you treat others will allow you to be able to grow a loving, caring, and trusting relationship with your clients.
I moved to Texas and after some wondering, I found my home at Revamp Salon in Temple. The stylist here were like my family. They had such amazing lights radiating from the inside and their hands were MAGICAL. I was able to learn so much, after moving closer to Austin I knew that I would be able to
I went to Garbo A Salon and Spa in Austin and they were amazing but I was only there a short period of time due to personal reasons. Let me tell you this when I walked into that salon it was like walking into a. Everyone was so welcoming and yet again, I encountered stylists that just had exceptional customer service and their skills are out of this world!
Currently, I am doing hair but not in a salon.
