This space is built on mutual respect, clear boundaries, and good energy. These gentle policies help keep everything flowing smoothly—for you, for me, and for the next soul coming in.

Cancellations + Rescheduling
Life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours' notice. This allows time to offer your spot to someone else who may be waiting, there may be a fee if you do not give me a 24 hours' notice.

Late Arrivals
If you’re running late, just reach out. I’ll do my best to accommodate, but if there’s not enough time to complete your service with care, we may need to reschedule.

No-Shows
Missed appointments without notice may result in a fee. Out of respect for the time and energy that goes into preparing for your visit, I appreciate your communication.

Energy Exchange
All services are non-refundable. My intention is always to create a beautiful, healing experience—if something feels off, please let me know during your visit so we can adjust in the moment.

Sensitive to Products?
I work with gentle, high-quality products, but if you have sensitivities or specific preferences, please let me know ahead of time. I’ll do my best to accommodate your needs or offer alternative options.

Reiki Add-Ons
Reiki energy healing can be added to most services for deeper relaxation and alignment. If you're curious or unsure, feel free to ask—I’m always happy to chat about what might support you best.

Come As You Are
You don’t need to “fix” anything before you arrive. Come as you are—tangled, tired, tender or vibrant. This is a space for real people and real moments.
